Typical steps in receiving On-Demand support
Please follow each step directed by the technician.
- Click “request help” in the box on the right of the screen.
- Enter your name in the name box.
- Enter your access code, given by the technician, in the access code box.
- Click “submit”
- In the new window, click “download”
- Once downloaded, click “open” then allow the program to run.
- You are now ready for support, please close all browser windows
