Typical steps in receiving On-Demand support

Please follow each step directed by the technician.

  1. Click “request help” in the box on the right of the screen.
  2. Enter your name in the name box.
  3. Enter your access code, given by the technician, in the access code box.
  4. Click “submit”
  5. In the new window, click “download”
  6. Once downloaded, click “open” then allow the program to run.
  7. You are now ready for support, please close all browser windows
